All Smiles Dental Care

Dr. Smith and his staff were great with my ninety-year-old mother. Everyone in the office acted very kindly toward my old mother, and the care by all appeared efficient and competent. I liked the sort of living-room feel of the waiting area and kid-friendly setup, which precluded that sometimes off-putting clinical, glass-and-steel feel of a lot of medical offices. My mother was real happy with everything too.

I had put off my cleaning for a good couple of months due to my busy schedule and when I called to get an appointment they were quick to find a time that was convinient for me. When I got there the receptionist was very friendly and offered refreshments while I waited for my appointment. The dental hygenist that I had was amazing. I had a couple of concerns with gingival recession on a tooth and all around sensitivity due to previous dental work at another clinic. The hygenist was patient with me and applied a topical numbing agent on my most sensitive areas to provide comfort and a sense of ease during the cleaning. Both the hygenist and doctor answered all of my questions and I am definitely recommending this place to all of my friends and will continue to come here for as long as possible. The place is very clean and classy despite the sorrounding area.

Three things I love about All Smiles Dental Care.

1. Appointments by email. Why don't all health care providers do this? It's so much easier for me to schedule or reschedule my appointment via email than call. They even email me reminder instead of using snail mail or a phone call. Even when I needed to clear up some confusion with my insurance card, I was able to email their office instead of make a phone call.  For me, this is such a convenience.

2. The staff is very customer service oriented. They are always happy to see you and friendly. It never feels like they are just doing their job. They are genuinely grateful to have you as a patient. They also do everything they can to make your visit as pleasant as possible.

3. Dr. Smith is a great dentist. He is warm and personable. He always takes time to explain what's going on and makes sure you understand. One of things I like the most is I've never felt pressured into having a procedure. He lets the decision be mine. Huge points for that.

I have what what I would consider a perfect experience everytime I visit All Smiles! They are always so professional, curteous and personable. I actually look forward to going to the dentist now and I had never felt that way before!

The entire experience was very comfortable and the entire personnel was friendly and made me feel at ease. I am certainly returning to this office. I am also recommending All Smiles Dental Care to my friends and family. My wife waited in the waiting room and they were most courteous and friendly to her. She will be setting up an appointment too.
